    Please submit all below documentation to start the quotation process. Events must be approved by the Director, the quote is completed, signed and returned along with deposit paid.
     
    • Submission of business portfolio
    • Submission of event name
    • Submission of previous events, links, videos, statistics of
    • Submission of artist line up and back up artists
    • Acceptance of our Cut off time which is at 10pm , bar must c
    • Acceptance that we require copy of full JOC file before the
    • Acceptance that we require noise exemption certificate
    • We require all contact names and contact numbers of the head
    • We require the detailed security plan and briefing/duty plan
    • We need emphasis put on sweep when the event ends
    • We require detailed clean up and waste removal plan
    • All suppliers must clean up their area especially all bar
    • Details of event, promo video or content flyer &ticket price
    • Backup generators are required
    • Backup wifi for bar pos system is required
    • Event is subject to noise exemption, safety sign off
    • Social media advertising to be approved
    • Acceptance that set up must strictly stay within Stone House
    • All event builds and structures must be within our venue pe

  • Activations

    5 000R
    Activations are great for exposure, with approximately 3000 to 5000 visitors per day, the marketing for your brand is phenomenal! Please ensure you have the following to obtain a quote.
     
    • How many staff members will be at your activation on the day
    • Do you require electricity?
    • Will you be selling any items, if so please specify
    • Will you have any give aways?
    • Will you have any form of entertainment?
    • How big will your stall be?
    • What does your activation stall consist of
    • Would you require one day or the entire weekend
    • What dates are you looking at to do your activation
    • Do you have branding material you would like to set up
